phpMyAdmin
We use phpMyAdmin to manage our MySQL databases on our Windows Server.

- Changing report status
- Adding/Editing programs
- Updating AMI information
S3 Browser
Here is the link to download S3 Browser. We use this to store documents uploaded into the system, as well as database backups.

Use Cases:
- Remove uploaded documents (rare)
- View DB info from backed up files
FileZilla
This is the tool I’m using all day everyday. We use this to push local changes to the server. There isn’t a local test environment to use, so everything is tested live on prod.

- Fixing an issue
- Updating a page
- Creating a new report
- Editing Text
Remote Desktop
We use a Windows Server 2022 that is setup via GoDaddy. Sometimes we need to directly connect to make changes, or perform some task.

Use Cases:
- Adding a new chron job
- Clearing space from the disk so the server doesn’t die
- View the SQLite Database of user logins
Firebase
The Firebase database is only used by one Jurisdiction, and holds Paratransit Client information.

I will send an invite to your gmail account that will add you as a user with permissions.
Use Cases:
- Manage the Paratransit login information
- Manage Paratransit data
GoDaddy
This is where we can view, and manage information about our Windows Server.
Login Information:
I’ve been given access to the original account via my gmail account. We’ll need to find out how to do the same for you.
Use Cases:
- Manage GeoBlocking
- Allow/Block IP Addresses
- View Server status
MFT Services - https://mft.svcs.entsvcs.com/
We send information to HUD’s Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) via a process called Electronic Data Interchange(EDI). Via this site we send information that has been entered into the system.

Use Cases:
- Send program information to IDIS
- Receive error/confirmation reports on information sent
